ok so today was a good day, hardly ate anything, 3/4 of these healthy sausage roll things, 120 cals and a 99% fat free ice cream 47 cals = )
total = 167 Cals

xxx  = ) its good because they totalli filled me up and i cant beleive how low cal those two things together are!!! = ) = ) = )
I hae stopped eating at skwl now, its so easy not to eat at school and i am there from practically 7 -  5 !!! Not sure if ie lost any weight yet as i would rather check once im positive i hae or that will just bring me down = ( I dont want that = (

My jeans are fitting better and my love handles are getting smaller, i always read posts when i get cravings, it really picks me up!!!

Just before i came so close to eating something, i was only going to have a little bit but i knew that once i started i wouldn't be able to resist!!! So i didnt eat it and that in itself is an accomplishment = ) (4 me) Not ready for fasting yet i dont think... done it before in my skinny days, o they were so long ago... = ( i cant tomorrow as im hanging out with boys and i dont want the hassle and questioning... maybe sunday??? Well i will try and hope to succeed.

I am a coffee addict and could drink it all day but i am a bit lactose inntolerant and allergic to dairy and all the coffee has been making me REALLY DEPRESSED and with MAJOR MOOD SWINGS!!! = 0 does coffee do that to anyone else???

well todays good i think. Didnt eat anything until about 4 pm. had an apple, then a tiny bit of chicken...

Its good 4 me yay!!! I need to get motivated to exercise!!! Im so lazi = (

Want to loose 15Kg, i can do it i have done it b4!!!!!!!! Get my act together

Dnt know how to use this thing?

i am very fat and want to loose 10 - 15 kilos, diets are too slow and exersize bores me so i need to cut down a LOT on what i eat. I currently weigh about 69 kilos which is discusting... This is my first day and for brekki i had a cup of tea, no sugar, and am having pumpkin soup (77 Cal) I am to eat less than 500 Cals today, maybe 600 as im new to this... I realli need to loose wieght
